I recently stayed at Jade Hostel in Hanoi for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was fantastic, being within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the lively Old Quarter. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks. I was even pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my overall experience a very positive one. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.

The rooms at Hanoi Jade Hostel are great! They have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which I loved because I could relax and watch my favorite shows in comfort. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was also a great bonus.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the terrace in certain rooms. I prefer a balcony because it felt more private to me.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered two great amenities: privacy curtains around every bed and a friendly receptionist who allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. The location was key, as it was centrally located and close to all the main attractions. Another advantage I enjoyed was the surprisingly quiet dorm room at night, despite the hustle and bustle of the night market and nightlife just outside.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the room I was initially assigned was not in great condition, with bugs and a broken window in the bathroom.

I always stay at this amazing hostel in Hanoi. It's perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, AC, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. The staff helped me find great places to eat when I first arrived. I'll be back for Easter!

During our stay at Jade Hostel, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and remembered our preferences throughout our stay.
Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of breakfast option and the absence of a drinking water facility, we appreciated the daily provision of bananas and candy in the reception area. These little gestures added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms at Hanoi Jade Hostel are awesome! They have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which is perfect for relaxing after a tiring day of exploring. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer is so convenient. I love that some rooms even have a balcony or terrace, giving you a nice view of the city. The tile/marble floor in the double room I stayed in was so stylish. Plus, the cable TV and minibar in the twin/double room made it feel like a home away from home. The private bathroom equipped with slippers is a nice touch too.
I didn't quite like the fact that not all rooms had a balcony or terrace. It would have been great to have that option.

Super friendly staff, totally mind-blowing and beyond helpful! The shower room had hot water and excellent drainage. The triple bunk beds were surprisingly sturdy and I couldn't feel any movement at all. The dorm room was not luxurious, but it was really comfortable with great AC. Incredible value for money, would definitely stay again. The location was top-notch, and the place was clean and well-kept. The staff even upgraded my room for free and made my experience jaw-droppingly amazing!

We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant Old Quarter and enjoying the delectable local cuisine, all thanks to the amazing location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of attractions like Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Chùa Quán Sứ. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with prompt assistance throughout our stay. We were also impressed by the value for money, with comfortable rooms and a well-lit family room with a balcony.
The drainage issues in the bathroom.
